Beginning as a minister, he transitioned into business consulting and conference training before entering the event production industry in 2015. Rob initially joined Mugwump as a consultant and swiftly ascended to the role of General Manager.
Rob is responsible for overseeing operations in Daytona, where he excels in building clientele, managing comprehensive projects, and maintaining facility operations. His leadership extends to overseeing the cost of goods for the company, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Outside the office, Rob’s priorities center around family and adventure. He cherishes spending time with his wife and children, enjoying beach outings, sports activities, and annual family trips.
