Gwen Lester serves as a Project Manager, bringing a design-forward approach and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. Originally from Charleston, SC, she spent over a decade in Los Angeles and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.

Gwen began her career in public relations supporting large-scale transportation initiatives before expanding into infrastructure planning and global strategic partnerships for a high-end international retail brand. Across each role, she developed a strong foundation in collaboration, logistics, and intentional execution. Inspired by her love of hosting themed gatherings and curating memorable moments through food, décor, and music, Gwen found a natural fit in the events industry.

Outside of work, Gwen enjoys traveling, thrifting, cooking new recipes, staying active outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
